People stealin photos

So I was just browsing Craigslist looking at properties that are for sale, and came across this listing and thought "man, I know I've seen that pic on TnDeer". Sure enough, trying to sell a property in Overton County with a Fayette County buck pic. SMH!

How do you know the same guy isn't trying to sell the property that posted the deer pic? His profile says W. Tn...... maybe more details will be posted.... no need in jumping to conclusions when there may be more to the whole story.

Same thing happened to a guy at work, he posted a house for rent w/photo, he checked later and there was another add same photo diff contact. Wierd.

When my neighboring property was for sale the realestate agent posted pictures of mule deer standing on top of a hill under the pictures. I just giggled when I saw it :crazy:

Update on the listed seller

I sent an email asking if the deer pictured were shot on this property, Here is the reply i just recieved. With the reply he gave, someone is not telling the truth about the deer and where killed.


I'm at the property today. I just got this and this is what I know. The 2 deer that are in the post were taken on this property by the previous owner and his son.

and why would a Realtor say what he said,he could get in serious trouble for false advertisement, Maybe should email and ask for previous owner name as my wife and her family is from Livingston area

Scamers will do that, pull pictures of real items/places and then resell them in their scams

Hey thats me in that picture! I don't even know the guy or the land but I know it's nowhere around me! If I didn't know any better I would think its Rocky Burris stealing someones picture again. Thanks for the craigslist posting tndroptine. I'll definetly get in touch with the one who posted it and see whats going on with his lie!

I just got in touch with the guy that has the craigslist posting. I asked who was in the bottom picture with the deer and he told me it was either a Dr. Barker or his son that had killed the deer on the property. This guy was selling the land for a guy named Marty in Cookville. I told him I was the one in the bottom picture and was nowhere near his land or further-more had given no one permission to use the picture and I wanted it taken off. He assurred me he would remove it ASAP. He also went on to say he didn't know the guy in the first photo either. This is the second time this picture has been stolen. I have been out of town the last week and just got back home and looked on tndeer and this is the first thing I see. Thanks tn droptine for posting the topic making me aware of it! Please let me know if its still on there or shows up anywhere else again.
