pretty good recipe. tweak to taste and i added 1/2 teaspoon of ground cayenne instead of pepper.

1/2 to 2 pounds shrimp (use how much uou want or can eat)
2 stem or 1 big stemof rosemary, de-leaved and chopped
zest and juice of 1 orange(1 teaspoon zest and 1 tablespoon juice for aoli)
zest and juice of 1/2 lemon(1 teaspoon of each for aioli)
3 cloves garlic minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup olive oil

combine and toss with shrimp in a baggie and marinate for 30 min to 1 hr. skewer and grill about 2-3 minutes per side. if you grow rosemary the stems make excellent skewers.

aoli
1/2 cup mayo
1 teaspoon orange zest
1 tablespoon orange juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon dijon
2 gloves of garlic paste(sprinkle chopped garlic with salt and mash with spoon to make paste)
pepper or cayenne to taste.

wisk together until creamy. i use a mini ninja blender.

Looks good, thanks for posting! I'm real interested in the aoli and will give it a shot.
it went well with those big chicken breasts as well in the background.

for bluegill fish tacos i make a cucumber or jalepeno aioli that goes really well with different types of fish and seafood.
