Those estimated cost impacts from the EPA are garbage. It costs a TON of money to modify a single refinery's gasoline-producing units to meet swings in sulfur specs. The Tier 2 standards that went into effect about 10 years ago were very pricey at our plant.

That's true.

All anybody has to do is look at California's gas prices. That state has the most gas laws and rules in the nation and look at the difference. Here we complain about $3.50 a gal gas and people from Cal laugh at us calling that cheap.

But just like Obama Care, Obama wants us to think that somehow the gas will be CHEAPER than California's.
