I wouldn't expect deer to be very aggressive once they get 1 or 2 shocks so shouldn't require a strong fencer. Your problems will be weeds grounding out the wires if this is to be used in a place you won't be able to check often. In your favor though is the fact that you already have cages around the trees so just need a high wire or two to zap those wet noses that try to poke around in the branches. Obviously, the higher from the ground you place the wire, the less trouble you'll have with weeds.</p></blockquote><p></p>
