Can a non-resident buy a one day fishing license for a later date? A friend of mine and I are schedule to meet some friends at Sugar Hollow Dock early next Thursday and he lives in KY. Just wondering if he could purchase his one day license a day or two in advance for that day? Thanks

Yes, he should be able to specify the day the license is valid.
