Yes, planning to start a routine of hill climbing and ridge running in pursuit of big, strange looking birds. I am incredibly out of shape, so I don't expect I'll get far before I need to sit down by a tree and rest.

I started the "Couch to 5K" program last August, then went on a running hiatus shortly after achieving the 5K milestone. Coincidentally, the time change was around that time.

Now, I'm back to trying, with the ultimate goal to run the Memphis St. Jude Half Marathon in December. I've recently re-started the CT5K program again.....coincidentally, we just had a time change ;)

Hopefully, by the time DST rolls back around in the fall, I'll be fully entrenched in the running lifestyle that the lack of daylight won't be as dramatic of an influence as it has previously been.
