hoppin jons and collard greens with hog jowl here. should make this more than once a year but we don't. guess that's what makes it so good. whats on your plate today?
Find the jowl, reserved a little grease. Added onion and garlic then pork chops. Browned them then added 2 cans of black eyed peas and two jars of mushroom gravy. Gonna let it simmer bout 2 1/2 hrs.
