If you're coming into the fight with a 3 inch antler, you probably should be fighting with the does anywayLOL, but it's SO simple in TN...
Legal deer are not defined by birth sex, or sex the deer identifies as,, or even external sex organs.. ONLY whether it has a 3in antler on one side or not...
3in antler.... its an antlered deer, no matter anything else.
No antler or less than 3in antler, it's an antlerless deer....
Buck or doe is irrelevant when it comes to TN.
Unless it's changed since last season, there is one exception to this. When you check a deer on the app, it asks male or female. If male, it gives the box for antler points, but not if it's female. Hasn't happened to me yet, but I figure if it ever does, I'll have to call the region office to correct it after the fact.LOL, but it's SO simple in TN...
