I lease 500 acres outside erin..... biggest problem is poaching and trespassing

We are not new to the state just to this area. We lived in mount juliet for 14 years. When our last kid moved out so did we lol.

I lived there near the racetrack for 17 years. Congrats on the move and best of luck with the house.

Once again thanks everyone! I know we have a tough year ahead of us with the house build but we think we picked the right area to settle in for retirement and I can't wait to get out and explore all the opportunities around here.
