Id love to have a GSP. Ive raised more than 150 birds to hunt in late December and January. We love our 3 Brittanys but my wife has fallen for the hounds as they are a little more laid back. We recently rescued Willow. She is a 2yo Polish hound. She will join Echo in tracking wounded deer.

I've got a 3 year old GSP female. Absolutely hands down the best breed of dog I've ever owned. And I've owned several different ones over the years. Very docile temperament. Awesome with kids and great inside the house. But they've got tons of energy. And you have to live in a place where they can run daily. Or they will bounce off the walls inside the house. Till the get several years old. They are extremely smart and have the drive to hunt anything you want them to. I recommend the bread as long as you have a big enough place to run them every day.
