And they can bought for $24/20.....Sure makes you wonder why a copper plated PowerBelt is so expensive.

You can also get these with a bonded copper jacket for about $80/50 in 285gr or 320gr

If you ever hunt west, you'll find states such as colorado, that require conical bullets only.
That seems like a strange requirement. I can understand states not allowing smokeless rifles or scopes for "primitive weapon" season but if they're gonna go that deep into projectile design just go ahead and ban inlines and go back to sidelock.

45cal jacketed bullet sized to your bore is legal for deer and performance is excellent. A lead conical is no weakling either. I shoot a cheap 45cal 350gr lead conical by choice because it works just fine for out to 125 yards or a bit more. Deadly accurate and easier to load than sabots.
