Thats a beautiful deck. Congrats.
Since the treatment formulation changed in 2003 or so, treated lumber is junk. Don't buy it at a big box store. The last I bought was at an Ace Home Center and the brand was Yellawood. It has a lifetime warranty. Just save the reciept and the yellow tags off the lumber ends.
I helped a friend build a deck in 2001. He sold the house in 2010 and the deck is still good today with annual upkeep. That's ~ 21 years.
I built a house in 2010 and had to rebuild the deck last year when my 125lb MIL stepped thru it. That's ~ 12 years with annual upkeep.
I built a deck on my house in 2004. I redecked it in 2013 and sistered a couple joists. In 2021 I rebuilt the entire deck. It too had yearly upkeep.
Long story short, I wouldn't waste my money on a deck unless I was planning to sell within 5 to 7 years.
Composite decking will last but what about the joists supporting it. They will give way and the composite decking will be on the ground.
