this morning to the back doctor. After weeks of Aqua Therapy without any improvement, have to go and see what he wants to try next. Even though he is a back surgeon, surgery is the last thing he wants to do. Wish me luck!!

Good luck man. I've been struggling with mine for 4 months. 4 herniations and they won't do surgery. What helped me was certain meds with chiropractor every week doing decompression table. Then what helped more than anything was hot yoga. Sounds crazy but it keeps you very stretched and limber.
I pray for you to get relief because I know all to well how painful it can be....
