I don't know how far that is from the road, but we owned our farm for five years until we built our house. We waited and saved until we could get to a spot that was farthest from the road and our boundaries, and these many years later are glad we did. It is only a little under half a mile but was still a lot of gravel trucks. We installed / paid for gravel, water, electric a piece at a time before even starting construction. Water was the odd thing in that municipal water was even available way out here. I know people who live in unannexed sections of town that are completely surrounded by the city and they don't have city water available.Got the hunting property all cut and ready to go. Hopefully we'll be building here soon (but not up here, driveway would cost more than house)
