I cut the wing off but honestly no idea where to start. I'll try to dig up his video but was thinking of giving it to someone and have it made. We'll see.
It's pretty easy. I made 2 of them from by first Gobbler, that was in 2019.
It depends how simple vs elegant you want them to be, really. I left mine plain, nothing there but wingbones and epoxy on mine.

Nice. I've made 6 or 8 myself. Enjoy doing it. No two ever look identical or have the same sound. Each is unique; guess that's why I enjoy them.
Have you ever used one to call with? I have one I made a couple of years ago that would rival any diaphragm call out there.

i have. i have not called a bird all the in with one but i believe it was me not the bird 😁

A dremel tool makes fitting a lot easier. If you like them white, soak your bones in peroxide for a few days before fitting. Cover them in peroxide in a ziplock bag and hang in a window until they whiten up. After drying, you can buff them out with 2000 grit sandpaper to make them shine.
