Lures you have no confidence in?

A lipless crankbait. I've tried to throw them and get better with them, but I have about zero confidence in them.

That stupid banjo minnow from the tv commercials.

My fishing buddy has used them for years from time to time. Usually to no avail. He did catch a bunch of trout on them one day we were fishing together, but he also caught several on a tiny torpedo. The trout on the Clinch ate everything we threw at them that day. It was crazy.
