Although I've been drawn 3 out of the last 4 years for Reelfoot, I agree with you tick. And I've discussed both the deer hunt and turkey hunt draws with the manager of the West Tennessee National Refuge Complex but he's of the opinion that they like it the way it is. But one would think that all Federal Refuges would follow the same policies.
