I don't know about you all but on rhe local news they reported that all of Western Kentucky will see a $24 a month raise in their electric bills starting later this summer. It covers the raise in prices from the wholesaler. We did not get a rate increse last year but from the way they talked we will see more in the next couple years.

How is Tennessee doing in that dept? Are they going up this year or last year or what?

Have not heard anything.
Is your rate due to a TVA increase.?
Who is the wholesaler in W Kentuck.?

Can't remember the name but the wholesaler gets part of it from TVA.

One thing I have learned. Big flat panels eat electricity for breakfast, snack, lunch, brunch, dinner, you name it. I have taken to unplugging our when it is not in use.

Another is install a gable vent fan and set the thermostat at about 100. Cut my summer bill by 75 a month.
