I always buy my license the first day allowed. I also get the hard copy. Last 2 years I have not received my license by time old ones run out. I know that you can pull up confirmation of purchase and be ok but I fish areas with zero cell service. License purchase date needs to be made earlier than the 18th. Can this be addressed in next commission meeting?

Screen shot the license. I keep a copy on my phone of both mine and my wife's just in case.

You can download the TWRA phone app and the license will be on your phone. It's in the "my accounts" section. Make sure you sync your license on the app before you leave home.
