Leaving my Seedlings outside ?

Got about 60 plants I do not want to move indoors but I'm at Exit 15 of I-40 and the weather peoples are saying overnight low going down to high 30's.

What would you recommend?

Bring'em in or cover them somehow. Cardboard box or something.
