LBL First quota hunt

Bumbling Buffalo and I are off to LBL tomorrow for the first quota hunt on the TN side. Will be camping at Boswell Landing. Looks like the weather is finally warming up and maybe the birds will be gobbling good.

Been a tuff lbl juvy hunt ! Only 10 birds killed as of 10:30 this morning....
Gobbled good yesterday but henned up bad. Not a peep heard this morning.
No cover at all.

Took son on juve hunt this weekend. Heard a couple of gobbles yesterday morning early on the roost. They shut up not long after flydown. Sounded like they were about 3-4 ridges over. Stayed in the woods all day long - didn't hear a peep. We were hoping to hear some flying up at sundown - nothing. Heard one or two gobbles this morning same way - sounded like they were several ridge over. Then nothing.

I need some convincing to head back over Tuesday morning for the 1st quota hunt.
