The guy, that stated the situation is good for hunters is an idiot. It's about money and nothing else. I hope Knight and Hale gets the book thrown at them. There are so many inventors that get screwed out of their money. The cost of protecting your invention is crushing.

Didn't David & Harold get out of the business not long ago?
I mean, I seem to remember they sold the company?

Just wondering if they were at the helm, would this have happened? IF it did happen as said in the article.

From the article, it didn't mention them personally, just that the company was owned by Eabco, or whatever it is. I know it's a big outdoor parent company of many fishing/hunting companies that they've bought out over the years. As for whether it would have happened if they still owned the company, I have no idea as I've never even met either one. I haven't even owned any of their products that I know of.

All about the money .. Pradco bought out K & N several yrs ago. someone else bought them etc,, They are so removed from this stuff they might not even know about it ,, even less care about it ,, its what keeps the attorneys in their yachts, er big boats !
