Kids Hunter Ed - TWRA ID needed?

My 9 year old just completed the NRA Hunter Ed course but cant print out the completion documents until we fill out all of his information. Simple enough. The only problem is that it requires a TWRA number, and he doesn't have one - he's never had to buy a license or anything...Is it possible to get an ID number for kids who aren't required licenses? If so, how?

Set up a profile in the Real system at gooutdoorstennessee.com or through the app and they'll have a license #
