Burned some hickory in my offset today since I was working at home, anyway. Foiled three out of five slabs a little too long but at least they didn't start to dry out. Glazed just the top side with Rufus Teague Touch of Honey with a little more honey.

Thanks. Only time I might not remove it would be if I cooked at higher heat, especially if I used some direct heat to help crisp it up.

Thanks a bunch. They were, but some were too fall off the bone. Less time in the foil next time...Oh, and the missus wasn't too happy that I glazed all of em. She likes both wet and dry with more rub but sometimes I do stupid stuff.
