and it is not a bad deal or it doesn't appear to be. It appears you get access to all 3 tracts of land and he wants $1000 per person. it figured to 9.25 acre and it appears he has plots in place. Just thought i'd pass it along.

not to bad of deal I guess, not sure about the last part he said in add,
If it has horns and you put it down, then you have to mount it
I guess that does make you think twice about shooting the younger bucks
