can you guys explain to me how to score a buck on the B & C measure? We are only going for bucks over 110-120 this year and I would like some thoughts on how to judge the size from the stand before we drop it

you can go on their site a down load a score sheet, probably easier than trying to explain it here.Actually its quite easy to do.

On the B/C scale it is:

- Main beam length measured on the outside

- Inside Spread

- Tine length starting at the beam

- Then you have 4 mass measurements.

Like F.H said go to their websight so you can actually see where the tape goes.

For in the field though you need to look at comparable features.

For example the deer's ears will be about 16-18" wide when they have them perked up.

Each ear is around 8-9" long

The eyes will give you about a 4-5" circumference measurement

And the deer's nose to antler bases should be anywhere around 10" or so.

You can then use those measurements to field judge a rack with a little practice.
