John Deere Gator wont crank

94 model Gator. I was having trouble with the fuel pump not pumping so I replaced the fuel pump. I turned the starter and gas was pumping through the new pump. Problem solved-I thought. I rode it to check the cows and ran it about 30 minutes with no trouble. Parked it and went to crank it the next day and it would not start. I checked the fuel pump and it is pumping and I even went as far as spraying starter fluid into the breather and it would not crank or even try to crank. I cannot find a fuse anywhere on it to see if it is blown. I have been through the fuel system enough to where I have all but eliminated that as a problem area. Any ideas? Seems it is not firing.

Spark?

Check your plug/s at the plugs to be sure you are getting good spark, if not could be a few different issues.

If it has a Kawasaki motor could be coil

I agree.

Check to see if it's wet and then if it has a nice blue spark.

Turned out to be the coil. Replaced it with one off a lawn mower and we are in business for another 3000 miles.
