Iso youth rifle

Looking for a youth rifle for my nephew. Maybe something in the 243, 308 or 7mm-08. Trying to stay around $400 or less. Scope would be nice. Located in northwest Tennessee

If no one has anything on here that you like I recently bought a Mossberg Patriot in 243 bantam Compact model with a 20.inch barrel and comes with stock spacer to adjust As your kid grows. It has the LBA trigger system that is very similar to the acutrigger that savage has. The Mossberg is easier to adjust from 2 to 7 with a flat head. The thing will absolutely stack shots one on top of each other at 100 yards with federal 100 grain soft points. It's around 349 at academy and Walmart has them also. It comes with a scope but I will be honest, I put another on immediately as it was not a quality scope at all. Just a thought if you can't find anything on here.

I would take a look at the Ruger American compact in 243. Several on Gunbroker at decent price. I really like the Go Wild one.
