No he isn't. Not yet. They would owe him 85 million
He has almost the exact same record as Kevin Sumlin in his tenure at A&M. ...they fired Sumlin.

Every SEC coach is in the hot seat. Part of the job.
I think "hot seat" means they are at risk of losing their job this year. I don't think that applies to every SEC coach. I don't think Kirby Smart, Kiffin, Stoops, Heupel, Saban, or Brian Kelly(among many others) would be fired if they lost several of their upcoming 2022 games.

Pretty sure Saban could lose every game the rest of the season and NOT be on the hot seat. LOL

Why wouldn't he be? They fired Sumlin with a better record(by 1 game I think).

I can think of about 85,000,000 reasons why.
My buddy and I were talking about this the other day and I told him the first time they have a 3 loss season he is gone.
