Decided to make a quick run over to the property I've been hunting to check the cameras.

* Camera 1 over a food plot / mineral block = dead batteries (I kept telling myself to take extras with me....DOH!)
* Camera 2 which I had recently relocated to a trail area = turned off!

Been there, done that. I started carrying 8 AA batteries, a card reader and 3 SD cards in my pack. Change them out while hunting

Been there done that. I keep extra cards and batteries with me at all times and I always make sure the camera takes at least one picture of me before walking off.

I just started running cams again this year, it’s probably been about 8 yrs and put one out this September and came back next week had over 6,000 pics forgot to check the settings it was taking a picture every 3 mins. Needless to say I erased everything and didn’t even look to see if anything was there.
