Actually this is a serious idea.

We can't afford an outdoor celebrity but we can have a bunch of look a likes roaming around.

I got the idea from the Phil Robertson (Duck Commander) appearance that will be held in Greeneville. They are having a Duck Commander
look a like contest before the event.
