When the winter weather hit a week or so ago I got bored and started corning about five pounds worth of venison roast. I used to do this more but got away from it for a while. Anyway, it all came together for a good lunch today. Sliced corned venison, Swiss cheese, Russian dressing, sauerkraut, and some decently thick rye bread heavily toasted in butter
