I second this and add that the Tactical RIA is a dang nice 1911.
I've had two of them and both were 100% reliable. I cannot say that for the Colts and Kimbers I have owned. The RIA is not as purdy but it is every bit as good as guns costing 3 times as much.

I would try gunbroker.com and see what they have. I bought mine back in the late 90's I believe. I think it was about 700.00 new.

I like my Kimber and Colt. If money were no object and I wanted a 4" or 5" 1911 I believe I would look at Ed Brown.
