Why would someone pay almost $100 for a pair of "used" wild turkey feet and spurs?

Eastern Wild Turkey Feet.....Sharp Giant spurs !!!

Or $65 for 5 "used" wild turkey beards?

I would not be surprised if these were being purchased and sold to someone in China who is using and selling them as a traditional Chinese medicinal cure for something. For example, they believe deer fishing rod is a therapeutic aide. I could totally see them marketing turkey feet and spurs as an aphrodisiac or natural cure for impotence or something crazy like that. Then again, maybe someone just wants to pretend they shot a big tom so they can brag to their friends and feel special.

I've seen them sell without hesitation from eBay buyers for the last 4-5 years. I, too, like you wonder what in the world people are doing with them that would make them drop that kind of cash on something so trivial? You never know with people these days.
