Dang I was excited. I received the BIG Bass Pro Spring Catalog.

They obviously know what a great hunter I am, so they sent me the BIG catalog. Yep, I have arrived! I am somebody!!!

Then, I start flipping through the pages and it is 100's and 100's of pages of FISHING. What??? Fishing!!! I am not a Stinking Fisherman... who does Bass Pro think they are, sending a Famous Deer Slayer a fishing magazine. Gurrrrr! :grin:

FWIW, it is only 184 days until the 2013 Tn Deer season opens.

I always felt the same when getting a fishing edition catalog from various outdoor stores. Fishing is ok for something to do but it's not something I dwell on or thumb through catalogs planning my next purchase like for hunting.
