what setting would you recommend for the temp aux heat differential in this cold? i have a rheem heat pump with a 16kw heat strip. i have it set at a 2 deg differential now. would 1 deg be easier on the unit with more frequent aux heat kick ons? also would running a 1500w space heater in the living room hurt anything?
it can be set for a 1-3 deg differential.
