Well, im waiting on word back from our reltor to find out if our offer was accepted or not. If it is then ill be surprised because we gave them a pretty low number expecting to haggle a bit. However you never know. So pray that we get the house that God sees fit to bless us with, if yall dont mind.

Good luck to you on your offer. Hopefully they will accept your offer or counter. Always start low is my belief. Sometimes you get a really good deal.

Well thanks for the prayers everyone. We couldnt come to an agreement on that one house however we made an offer on another one tonight and I just found out that it got accepted. So now comes all the paper work and then the loan process. I think ill go and look at all the how-to guides on lowes now to celebrate.

Congrats. Owning a home has many rewards, and many setbacks. Lots of maintenance upkeep. We probably spend between 2-5 grand a year on things. Hoping now that the roof, heat n air are done we'll be able to have some low years. I do have a bathrrom that needs to be re-done.
