We'll see more attempts to move w-t deer regulations involving enclosures from the state wildlife agencies to state agriculture agencies in those states not already switched-over (like Tenn). Commercialization and privatization of what used to be (and in some places is still) considered a public trust resource are the motives. Once enclosed, in actuality the deer become "property" of the landowner, like cattle. True sport hunting, as defined by some of us old far*s, is facing appreciable assault from two sides: the anti's on one side and lazy shooters (not hunters) on the other.
