Hi. I am Loukiii which is for Lou K III. My dad is Lou K jr and my son is Lou K IV. Not a whole lot of originality naming first born sons in my family.
Anyway my wife and I just bought 55 acres in Andersonville TN with my wife's sister and her husband. We are from Tampa, FL and they are from La Habra, CA. He is newly retired and I have been working from home for the last 2 years and we searched all over the south east for a nice place to settle in for the home stretch where we could enjoy 4 seasons and hunt and fish.
We found I think the most beautiful piece of land with 40 acres of timber and 2 very nice spring fed ponds full of bass, mutant bluegill and catfish. I have seen lots of rabbits, squirrels, deer and turkeys and I have only been there for a weekend.
Incredible.
It will probably be vacation property for the time being as we will need to build a couple houses before we can become full time residents.
