Baby back ribs rubbed down with salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder. Cooked on low in Dr.Pepper šŸ˜‹. Stay tuned I'll let y'all know how it taste!!

Whoops forgot to post to after pics. Stayed out late last night.

I've never had ribs like this before. They were some of the worst ribs I've personally had, to greasy and hardly any flavor. I want some good ole fashioned ribs in the smoker after that mess. Them home grown green beans were amazing though.

Whoops forgot to post to after pics. Stayed out late last night.

I've never had ribs like this before. They were some of the worst ribs I've personally had, to greasy and hardly any flavor. I want some good ole fashioned ribs in the smoker after that mess. Them home grown green beans were amazing though.

Some lessons just need to be learned in person :D


Now, that being said, first rule of thumb for ANY slow cooker meat is to season first, sear/brown the meat, THEN pop it in the slow cooker. Some Crock Pots now are able to brown the meat before going into slow cook mode.
