I had a great Hatch this year. I think some hatched twice, I have way too many poults. I have 25 to sell I will make a great deal if someone takes all. These are 7 miles north of the Tennessee / Kentucky line between Cadiz, KY and Bumpus Mills, TN. Raised as organic but not certified. Non gmo feed, no antibiotics or hormones for 6 generations here. These were hatched April 18 and 25. The males (if fed properly) will dress out 16 to 19 pounds by the week before Thanksgiving, the females 7 to 9 pounds. These are awesome deep fry birds and taste better than any commercial bird could. We always hols some till the end of the year when males will dress out 20 to 25 and females 11 to 13. We have the processor pull thigh, wing, breast and back meat and grind it. It is really good and has lots of possibilities.
