Enjoy. How's that Asian Carp problem up there going? About 7 years ago, the last time I tried a handheld draw, I took my boat to look around. Those things were frightening and my friend go hit in the neck. Didn't enjoy the experience much

Hope you slam them.

Buddy and I are going on a guided trip to reelfoot in the morning.
Gonna be strange not having to do anything but fish lol

Wonder how he will stack up against Simms ?
Well now, the answer to your question is "It Depends", as it depends on what you're trying to catch ;) and where.

Now, Simms, he's a true expert extraordinaire when it comes to catching gar. In fact, he's so good, he doesn't even need a hook! He's also very good at catching cats.

But bream on Reelfoot?
Naw, Simms would be more lost than Ruger! :p

On the other hand, if Simms were to learn his way around Reelfoot, there are some gar holes extraordinaire to be found there. Reelfoot is a gar-fishing paradise
