Ha!, he uses a sawzall. I was agonna get one but I got beat up by all the comments and upon reflection, decided not to. Now I just use my blades.

Maybe not separating the shin bone from the thigh bone, but for making across-the-bone cuts like with an oxtail or something.

I'm with ya�..muscled out a couple hams tonight. Will bone-out the shoulders tomorrow, & grind on Wednesday. I'm thinking stock then, as well. Planning on the venison "daube" again this year as the pre-marathon dinner. It'll be nice to use some bone-stock with this one.
