Food Plots Hanging gravity feeder

Guys I was given a boss buck gravity feeder and it seems legit. My only problem is I can't have a tripod feeder like that in the farm due to cattle. My question is has anyone ever hung a gravity feeder in the air to keep out of reach of cows and if so did you have any luck?

Can you put several T-posts in the ground with a couple strands of wire around it, say 5 yards by 5 yards to where only deer could get to it?

I could do that. I think that would more 99% of the time until ole big bull gets hungry & decides to go through it. I believe you're right about that being the best option though.
