Hang on strap?

Where could I find a ratchet strap with an attachment like this? Bought a hawk helium xl for hiking way back in places but I cannot get this cinch type strap to get tight enough the tree. Once I get on the stand, it comes out alittle bit from the tree and makes squeaks and such. Then I can't hardly get the cinch strap to release. Any help appreciated.

I think most guys replace them with a ratchet strap or a OCB type

If the contact point at the top of the stand is pulling away from the tree then you don't have the stand seated properly. Make sure that after you attach the top strap you pull the stand downward to seat it snuggly against the tree before you add the bottom strap. This should give you a rock solid platform with no play in the stand.
