had a great day of catfishing... big flatheads

Had a great time with my #1 client Lisa
We caught bait for 2 hours and catfished for 4 hours. She caught a nice small mouth on ultra light tackle. We had 11 flatheads @ 114.3 lbs
Lisa had 5 @ 60.8 lbs. she had 2 flatheads over 18 lbs

My okuma work fine but wanted to upgrade so at cat con I bought some new catfish pro reels. What a waste of money
They will not real anything over the bait and even at that they crack and pop
The gears feel like gravel

Should of spent the money on an abu Garcia

a lot of those chinese reels come without oil in the bearings, for whatever reason.

you have to catch 60 fish for 100 lbs

btw i don't have to drive to Chattanooga to catch cats
