I'm not a member of the club, and may be off here, but I think I know them well…if it's who I think it is. I managed a 3,600 acre lease for 9 years up through 2019, and I'm thinking they are the club that took it over because their lease joined us. If so, I can tell you a lot about them and that property. Do you know about where they are located in proximity to Linden?

They're located so their property abuts Mousetail SP and runs generally East.

Guy always advertised on Craigslist k. I drove out and looked it over once, but I got free access on 1200 acres in Henry county and moved on.

Shady people. They have owed my husband money since March and keep coming up with excuses why they haven't paid. We're finally seeking legal action. We have all the correspondence from them telling us they will pay but have not. I'd go elsewhere to hunt where you have your guaranteed spots.
Uhhh sounds like some drama I wouldn't want to be involved in IF TRUE.

Just my opinion, but when a club is advertising for membership on Craig's list, etc. . . . . .
bad sign.
Most really good clubs have a long waiting list of people wanting to get in.
I know there are exceptions to this, but just saying, generally speaking.

I just recently moved to Memphis for work from Tucson ( I'm from Tuscaloosa originally). I've been wanting to find somewhere to hunt and this place was all I could find. But after reading these post im skeptical
