Recently purchased a browning a-bolt bdl synth. stock, blue barrel, 25-06 rem with a tasco 3x9x50 scope mounted on a leup. base mount in new condition. Was curious to see what its worth.

A-Bolt I or II? The II is slightly better, really like the smooth bolt but I am kind of a Browning guy. Value is probably in the 550 range, maybe a hair more because of the caliber. Go to Gunbroker.com and search on your gun, you'll get a very good idea of the street value.
Most of the A-bolts lend themselves to handloading as they can take a bullet loaded out fairly long.
The high cost of the X-bolt is making the A-Bolt's more valuable, at least in my opinion.

Ok thanks I gave $500 for it with some bullets, the scope I know isn't worth much but it is brand new and the guy met me half way to my house, felt like I did pretty good.
