Great Time in Florida and it Just Won't End :(

pulled in for the night to hour beautiful hotel for a pit stop and my truck lets loose antifreeze everywhere...Water pump I suppose...no warm air blowing out of the vents, and every time I start it and stop it more antifreeze pours out..

I am on a time crunch and I do not have time for this...

Get extra water and better be glad it's not cold outside . Can you see were it's coming from ? Once about two or three years ago mine started leaking around the water pump area and as long as I parked with the front on some kind of an incline or level it would quit but the irony of it all it just quit and as of today hasn't did that again . But it's the best out there a Chevy so ........ :grin:

I will investigate in the am but everything I have read says its easy to change and I will try in the parking lot in the am...

On the way home...Yeah it sucks but I am at 180,000 and all I have ever done is a new trany...So it all good...

Antifreeze everywhere doesn't sound like a water pump. Sounds like a bad hose

Turned out to be water pump...15 min. out and 15 min in and the belt took longer than everything...All is good...2 10mm bolts and its out
