Went and looked at some houses saturday,found one we liked,talked and prayed about it sat/sun/and monday.Called the realator today to tell her we wanted to see it again and that we was pretty sure we was ready to put a offer in on it,and low and behold,she said someone put a offer in on it yesterday.Well I guess God decided it wasn't the right house for us.

I must say the houseing market where we are looking is extreamly slow.Very few listings,and even fewer nice listings.I think its gonna be difficult finding a suitable home to buy.

I will tell you I looked at no less than 20 houses over a year before I finally found the house I wanted to buy and found it to be the right house. Not to say there were not houses in between that I didn't like for one reason or another and I lost two houses basically the same way you did, but I figured the good Lord above had a better plan. You will know when it is right and everything will work out like it is supposed to.

Thats what I thought,and I asked the realator if we should still put a offer in on it and she said it was just about a done deal.

Takes me at least a year to find a house I like and yeah, I lost one I wanted, same story except I had the Flu and couldn't move fast enough to seal the deal. Patience.

we are trying our best to be patient.We've been living with my parents since June,we moved in with them so we could pay off all credit cards,medical bills and some samll loose ends.Lets just say that we are definatly ready to get out of here.Don't get me wrong,I love my parents and am very grateful for what they have done for us,but everyone get on each others nerves every now and then.

I agree 100% ... We looked at more than 20. Told my wife I would know it was the right one when I saw it and sure enough 2 years later we found it.
